Apart from KVS training programmes, teachers are encouraged to attend and complete various courses, workshops and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). KVs provide an environment where the students engage in the best practices which aim to bring about positive changes in individual actions, policies, programmatic approaches or attitudes and academic behaviour and hence pave the way to achieve desired results. These practices involve identifying and implementing the most effective methods/innovative practices to achieve goals. It has innovation, meticulous supervision and unique action plan and further implementation.
